Information we collect

• Contact & booking details — name, email, phone number, the services you book, and appointment times, collected when you book an appointment online.
• Notes you share — preferences or sensitivities you tell us about, kept with your client record so future visits go smoothly.
• Appointment & payment history — which services you've had and payment records (amount, method, and a transaction reference) processed through Square.
• Testimonials — if you submit a review, we keep the text, the name/initials you provide, and (privately, never published) your email if you include one.

How we use it

Strictly to run the studio: confirming and managing your appointments, preparing for your visit, taking payment, and keeping a record of past services so we can serve you better next time. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Payments — Square

Payments are processed by Square. When you pay a deposit online, you're redirected to Square's own secure checkout page — your card details go directly to Square and never pass through or get stored on this website. We only receive confirmation that payment was made, the amount, and a transaction reference.

Calendar sync — Google Calendar

To manage her schedule, Tatiahna connects this booking system to her own Google Calendar. When you book, your appointment (client name, service, and time) may be created as an event on that calendar so she can see her day. This connection is for internal scheduling only — we don't share your information with Google for any other purpose, and we don't read the rest of her personal calendar beyond checking for busy/free time.

Marketing communications

We do not currently send marketing emails or texts. If that changes in the future, it will only be to clients who've explicitly opted in, and you can opt out at any time.

Cookies & tracking

This site doesn't use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. A small, necessary cookie keeps the studio's own staff signed in to the booking dashboard — it isn't used to track visitors.

Your choices

You can ask us to update or delete your client record at any time by emailing us. We keep appointment and payment history as our business records unless you ask us to remove it.
